Grail Networks works with dominant and emerging ASPs and ISPs to deliver cost-effective, productivity-enhancing solutions to customers. Our programs deliver the tools, expertise, and assistance our partners need to win business and maintain satisfied customers.
We have four Business Partner categories:
- Referral Partners receive a negotiated fee for leads that result in sales of Grail Networks solutions. Deals are closed by Grail Networks.
- Solution Reseller Partners receive product and service discounts, sales tools, free sales training, and sales and technical support to resell Grail Networks solutions. Grail Networks provides implementation and support services.
- Solution Integrator Partners receive certified training, technical support, and developer tools to sell deployment, training, and support services to companies who purchase products directly from Grail Networks.
- Solution Reseller/Integrator Partners receive all the benefits of the Solution Reseller and Integrator partnership categories. These partners sell, deploy, and support Grail Networks solutions, and enjoy the greatest return on their partnership investment.
